The UMCS Welcome Center and the UMCS International Student Office organized the first meeting in the series of the UMCS I-Peer Program aimed at new members of our academic community coming from abroad. 

The workshop style meeting was held on December 2, 2022 in the coworking space of the Academic Canteen “Trójka”.

The meeting, hosted by Robert Ainebyona (Welcome Center UMCS) and Patrycja Kwiatkowska (International Student Services Team), aimed to engage students in topical issues such as cultural awareness inside and outside the university, including in departments, administrative offices and dormitories.

The event was the first in a series of meetings that both units have in their plans.
